Academic Management Module
Titanium’s Academic Management module enables both students and faculty staff to electronically manage academic processes. This includes Student Patient Management (matching patient treatment needs with student clinical experience requests) and Academic programme management (student roll, and end of year processing).
During the patient triage process treatment needs will be recorded and suitable patients added to the pool awaiting assignment.
Students are then able to electronically request patients based on their curriculum requirements.
Staff, at their discretion, match patients with a student, based on not only the individual request, but all of the students treatment need requests.
Students are notified electronically of each new assignment.
If a patient is unavailable for a period, needs to be discharged or reassigned, or perhaps the student requires assistance with a complex case, your students can initiate requests from their own Provider Dashboard.
A configurable threshold is provided to remind both students and tutors, when a patient has not been seen within a period, ensuring patients are not neglected.
The Academic Module’s End of Year Process provides a streamlined method for processing students and assigned patients at the end of an academic year.
