ORIGIN is a complete oral health training and dental service delivery solution. It covers patient registration, waiting lists, referrals, appointments, recalls, clinical records, financial records, and student management (supervision, patient assignment, active academic course management, and grading).

Clinical
ORIGIN’s innovative clinical functionality and charting system empower your oral health clinical staff to perform services easily and effectively. The charting system provides a clear visual representation of tooth anatomy, diagnosis, and treatment plans for enhanced clinical use. Integrated imaging allows images to be viewed directly within ORIGIN.

Clinical Workflow Management
ORIGIN’s clinical workflow management system enables your dental school to create structured workflows that support teaching while maintaining flexibility for postgraduates and faculty. Workflows ensure key decisions are made and recorded.

Custom Forms
ORIGIN’s eForms allow you to create customized clinical and administrative data capture processes. These forms can include annotated images, are versioned, and automatically generate SQL Tables for easy reporting and data extraction. eForms can also drive administrative and clinical processes.

Patient Management
Manage appointments, referrals, recalls, documents, and waitlists with ease. Communicate with patients in multiple languages via SMS, email, or paper.

Patient Assignment
Match patient treatment needs to student course requirements. Provide visibility into student workloads and clinical experience to supervisors and administrative staff, ensuring all students meet course requirements.

Grading

ORIGIN leverages Microsoft Reporting Services or Power BI to deliver comprehensive, user-configurable reports. Create dynamic “views” to filter, sort, and extract data for reports or direct patient communication via SMS, email, or printed documents.

Financial
ORIGIN implements a highly configurable “Funding Scheme” financial and eligibility system. This includes patient eligibility assessment, enrollment, and fee or non-fee-based service provision. Business rules can enforce enrollment or access via waiting lists.

Laboratory Requests
Efficiently manage prosthodontic production and laboratory requests through to completion with the Titanium Laboratory Requests module.

Stock and Asset Management
ORIGIN provides a first-in-first-out stock and asset management module, including expiry date management. Configure stock items for all assets and inventory, with scheduled maintenance and fault logging. High-value items can be barcoded and managed with SKUs to minimize loss or damage.

Deployment/Application Delivery
ORIGIN can be securely deployed on-premises, in the cloud as virtual machines (IaaS), or natively on the Microsoft Azure platform (PaaS). It can function as an extension to Titanium Unity or as a standalone system.

Hardware Integration
ORIGIN supports a wide range of imaging systems and devices, including barcode scanners, signature pads, EFTPOS terminals, RFID authentication, and imaging software. Its component-based interface system automatically downloads required drivers and software on demand, allowing third-party devices to be added or removed without reinstalling ORIGIN. This system works seamlessly on standard Windows PCs, Citrix, or Windows Remote Desktop environments.
